Delivery, Returns, and Policies

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for unwanted items or allow cancellations, as all sales are final.

Each piece of jewellery is handmade with care, and all orders are produced and shipped from England. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to create your order before dispatch. If your order has already been crafted, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

Yes! Every order includes one free gift box and a microfibre pouch, perfect for gifting or safely storing your jewellery. At this time, additional gift boxes cannot be purchased separately.
