Processing Time

Each piece of jewellery is handmade with care, and all orders are produced and shipped from England. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to create your order before dispatch. If your order is ready-made, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

UK Shipping Options

We offer the following Royal Mail shipping options for UK orders:

• Tracked 48 (Free) – Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.
• Tracked 24 (£5.00) – Aims to deliver within 1 working day.
• Special Delivery by 1pm (£9.00, free on orders over £150) – Guaranteed next working day by 1pm.

For orders under £150, we offer free Tracked 48 delivery. For orders over £150, we offer free Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. While Royal Mail aims to deliver within the estimated timeframes, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to Royal Mail’s service updates.

International Orders

Currently, we only accept UK orders through our website. If you're located outside the UK, please contact us on Instagram to arrange an international order.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return. You may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement, and we will cover return shipping.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, as well as health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations or offer refunds for unwanted items.
